Brand new, fairly-used and RHES-manufactured simple equipment (beds, trolleys, endo-trainers, diathermy plates).
Installation:
Safe, code-compliant installation carried out by trained technicians within agreed timeframes.
Training:
End-user training for clinicians and biomedical technicians — including minimal invasive surgery using endo-trainers, routine maintenance and troubleshooting.
Maintenance & Service Contracts:
Periodic preventive maintenance, deep servicing and after-sales support to ensure optimum equipment performance.
Repair Services:
Comprehensive diagnostics and repair for medical and laboratory equipment.
Indigenous Fabrication & Idea-Lab:

Pricing Approach:
We offer competitive pricing and tailor solutions to client budgets and needs. Detailed quotations are provided per request.
Standard Payment Terms:
• 70% payment upfront at order confirmation.
• Remaining 30% payable upon delivery and successful installation (or as specified in contract).
Delivery lead time: Typically within 14 days after upfront payment and final specification confirmation. Variations will be communicated promptly.
